This has sparked some interesting theories. After posting multiple images of herself and her ex-boyfriend Will Roos online, Meghan King found herself fielding inquiries regarding their relationship status.
This is a photo dump of “some of my favorite individuals in the world.” “Enjoy,” the 38-year-old ex-Real Housewives of Orange County star captioned multiple photos on Instagram on Saturday, February 4.
Three photos of Roos, whom King dated at the beginning of 2021, and a screenshot of King from her ex’s Instagram Story were included. Many of their fans immediately began to wonder if the two were getting back together.
The question: “Are you and Will back together?!?! Someone gushed, “You two are so adorable together!” in the thread of comments.
King merely remarked, “We are besties:).”
The creator of Gaia Haven Wellness wrote on Instagram that they are “eating our way around Austin,” tagging restaurants such as Ranch 616 and Goldie’s in the Lone Star State.
The St. Louis native and Roos made their relationship public in January 2021, shortly after her divorce from Jim Edmonds. (In October 2019, King filed for divorce from the former MLB player, with whom she shares 6-year-old daughter Aspen and 4-year-old twins, Hayes and Hart. The divorce was finalized in April 2021).
King referred to Roos as her “friend-turned-boyfriend” back then, saying, “things happen in a funny way.”
She raved over her ex on Instagram and joked, “For now, we’re just pals.” I don’t mean just any old acquaintances; I’m talking about close, hugging, kissing friends. To clarify, I do not mean “friends.”
After only a little time together, the couple decided to part ways. King’s relationship with Cuffe Owens began later that year. They got married in October 2021 after only three weeks of dating, however, they separated in December of the same year. He is the nephew of former Vice President Joe Biden.
In an exclusive interview with Us Weekly published in February 2022, King said, “I’ve gone through a lot recently, but it all feels like a fast memory.” I’m feeling extremely content right now. I’ve gone through enough horrible stuff that I don’t make a habit out of lingering on it, even if it’s traumatic.
As the year progressed, the divorced mother of three decided she needed some alone time after the annulment of her marriage to Owens. During an interview that month on the “Two T’s in a Pod” podcast, she admitted, “I told myself I’m done putting people in the public eye, putting people on my Instagram.” I’ve had enough of it; I’m finished with it.
In October 2022, King publicly acknowledged he was dating another longtime friend. Kenny runs up to me and jumps in my arms.
She gushed on an edition of her podcast called “Intimate Knowledge,” “It’s so sweet, it’s like long-lost lovers.” As the saying goes, “Nothing could have gone any better. That bond was very strong. It was better than my wildest dreams. The relationship fizzled out in December, unfortunately.
