In that part of the comic book, the Illuminati work together to fight the Skrulls after the Kree-Skrull war. But the heroes are captured, and fake Skrulls take their place on Earth. In the comics, some of these heroes are Iron Man, Mister Fantastic, Namor, Black Bolt, Doctor Strange, and Professor Charles Xavier from the X-Men.
We expect that the show on Disney Plus will have a different cast of characters. As with most MCU movies and TV shows, the source material will be changed so that Kevin Feige’s plans for the superhero movie franchise can be carried out.
