What is the Expected Plot of 1883 Season 2?
The second season of 1883 will be about a real historical figure, Bass Reeves, instead of continuing the story of the made-up Dutton family.
Reeves was a famous lawman and the first Black deputy of the U.S. Marshals. He spoke several Native American languages and is said to have caught and killed more than 3,000 criminals without ever getting seriously hurt. People say that The Lone Ranger was based on him.

David Oyelowo and his wife, Jessica Oyelowo, worked on The Bass Reeves Story before it was taken over by Yellowstone.
