The 31-year-old celebrity, who makes an appearance this week on Sunday Brunch, discussed the emotional toll her weight loss journey had on her.
And she said that it was difficult “facing up” to her weight.
Scarlett started working out to reduce her dress size by six.
A year after her remarkable weight loss, Scarlett claimed she had rediscovered her passion for exercising in an interview with New magazine in 2018.
The reality TV actress dropped from a size 18 to a size 8, losing weight.
I’ve only recently started working out a lot, she admitted. I’d say I engage in HIT [High-Intensity Training] three times a week on average.
Scarlett mentioned in a previous brief excerpt about her disastrous workout DVD that she formerly loved working out.
It was a little sad for me when I finally did because I couldn’t face my weight either.
“I must say, I was a proper workout avoider, which is funny for me because up until five years ago I was a keen ballroom dancer and was really into fitness,” she said in the video.
But it was a heartbreaking moment when the celebrity finally looked at the scales before beginning her weight loss journey.
I couldn’t face my weight either, so when I did, it was a little traumatic, she said.
