2. You can also get to the page by typing https://www.cps.edu/healthscreener into your browser or scanning the QR code with your phone’s camera.

4. After passing the screening, you will be allowed to enter the building.
After passing the CPS health screener for students, you must perform the temperature check.
Anyone with a temperature below 100.4 degrees Fahrenheit will be allowed to pass.

What if I didn’t pass the CPS Health Screening?
