Liz Takayama’s light novel series was serialized in Shosetsuka ni Naro in January 2016 before being picked up by Media Factory.
In 2016, a manga adaptation using Sei Takano’s art began serialization. There are seven volumes in the light novel series.

What Is the Isekai Yakkyoku?
As the title suggests, the isekai tale begins when a Japanese pharmacist dies from overwork.
He is resurrected as Pharma, a 10-year-old kid who happens to be the Royal Court pharmacist’s apprentice, in a medieval realm that resembles Europe.
He gains an outstanding understanding of sickness and alchemic theories while working there.
Medical procedures in the kingdom are frequently dubious and employ dubious methods. The medical pharmacist guild holds a monopoly on drugs and their distribution, rendering them inaccessible to the general public.
The young pharmacist earns the King’s approval and starts a modest drugstore in one of the town’s back alleys. He disapproves of drug dealings that put people in need of assistance.
He uses his medical knowledge and superhuman talents to start rescuing the kingdom from the clutches of the cunning guilds.
While constructing a new life for himself, he retains memories from his prior existence and uses his medical knowledge to assist individuals in this parallel dimension.
The anime has only released the first trailer and author-created artwork to commemorate the launch of the Isekai Yakkyoku anime adaptation.
The anime’s opening and closing themes have yet to be revealed!

When Does Isekai Yakkyoku Come Out?
The release date for Isekai Yakkyoku has been set for 2022. The anime could be on its way to a Summer 2022 premiere, with the first trailer coming in March 2022.
Summer 2022 appears to be the most likely date for a release. If the release fails to meet that deadline, the next opportunity will be in Fall 2022.
This year, Isekai Yakkyoku is most likely to be released in a single cour, with 12-14 episodes spanning one anime calendar season.
Where Can You Watch Isekai Yakkyoku?
The launch date for the anime version of Isekai Yakkyoku has yet to be announced, although it is expected to run on TV Tokyo and other television networks.
Once further information is revealed, Crunchyroll and other streaming providers are expected to stream it.
Crunchyroll may also broadcast the English dub of the anime after the Japanese audio anime premieres.
Isekai Yakkyoku Characters, Staff, and Cast!
Only the protagonist character’s voice actor and rough character designs were unveiled as part of the celebration poster release by illustrator Keep Out and manga artist Sei Takano.
The remaining members of the main cast, as well as the anime’s supporting characters, will be unveiled in stages.
Pharma de Medicis will be voiced by Aki Toyosaki.
Diomedea’s animation is directed by Keizou Kusakawa, with Wataru Watari as the screenplay supervisor and Mayuko Matsumoto as the character designer.
