The Middleton family—most notably Pippa Middleton, who has repeatedly shown that she will stand with Kate no matter what—has been a tremendous assistance and a constant source of solace.
Pippa, the Sister of Kate Middleton, Has Been One of Her Strongest Allies
Pippa, Kate Middleton’s sister, has reportedly been her “rock” during her recuperation and therapy, according to royal experts.
Recently, Pippa helped her sister out by going to Wimbledon with her when Prince William was preoccupied with other things. In an interview with the Daily Mail, royal analyst Richard Fitzwilliams stressed the significance of Kate’s sisterly relationship.
“There is no denying Pippa and Catherine’s close relationship. She and Charlotte showed public support for each other at Wimbledon, he said. “We also witnessed a rare public appearance by Michael and Carole Middleton at Royal Ascot.”
The specialist commended Pippa and the entire Middleton family for their steadfast support during the Princess’s medical care.
“William and the royal family’s support, as well as Catherine’s own, are extremely crucial at this time when she is undergoing preventative chemotherapy for cancer after recovering from major abdominal surgery.”
After Kate Becomes Queen, Could Pippa Be Her Lady-in-waiting?
Royal observers started to speculate whether Pippa’s significant backing of Kate Middleton during her significant comeback to the public eye would result in her being given an official position in the royal family after Kate became Queen Consort.
Experts appear to be divided on this issue. Richard Fitzwilliams mentioned that he “cannot envision Pippa desiring an official position such as a lady-in-waiting, and there is no indication at all that this is being considered.”
Though Pippa has her own family and three children, he concerns that having Pippa in such a position would put “enormous pressure” on her. He said this without trying to minimize Pippa’s significance in Kate’s group. For now, what Catherine needs and desires is the unwavering, silent support that she and her parents provide.”
Phil Dampier, a royal analyst, told The Sun that he disagrees. He is positive that Pippa could play a lady-in-waiting or companion role. Who better than her sister to be someone the then-Queen can rely on and trust?”
Although Pippa has her own career, the commentator noted that she might adapt the role to suit her needs and give Kate strong support.
“Pippa has some business ventures, but I have no doubt that when Kate becomes queen, she will be more than willing to assume that job if needed. She would be available because it wouldn’t necessarily be a full-time job.”
It seems obvious that Pippa will always be there for her sister, in whatever capacity Kate might need her, regardless of whether she eventually accepts an official role in the Palace.
