After a contentious divorce from her ex-husband William Pedranti, Real Housewives of Orange County star Jennifer Pedranti will now get spousal support payments totaling slightly over $1,000 per month.
According to their agreement, William will give Jennifer, 47, $1,735 a month in spousal support, according to court records that In Touch was able to get on Monday, July 15. But, if the Bravolebrity gets married again, the support will stop. In April, Jennifer’s fiance, Ryan Boyajian, made her a proposal.
William has consented to pay his ex $4,674 a month in child support for their four minor children, Dawson, Greyson, Everleigh, and Dominic, who will reside with Jennifer, in addition to spousal support. Should Jennifer earn additional revenue from Bravo for RHOC, this sum will be decreased. The children will be shared legal and physical custody amongst the ex-spouses.
According to In Touch, the court documents said that “employment-related childcare costs shall be split equally between the parties.”
In the presence of any of their children, William and Jennifer committed to refraining from “making disparaging or derogatory remarks about the other.” The CEO of Visgenx consented to bear the cost of health insurance.
Ultimately, $267,811 must be paid by William to Jennifer in one big payment “to equalize the division of the community assets and debts.” Along with all of her business interests in Devi Rebel Yoga, she also received two bank accounts and a retirement account.
William received the entire net revenues ($535,000) from the sale of their joint Ladera Ranch, California, residence as his taking. In addition, he received three cars, all of the stake in Pedranti Construction Management, and multiple bank accounts.
After their breakup, William and Jennifer each received their share of the money they had earned.
The couple, who had been married for almost 19 years, divorced in September 2021. In March 2022, William subsequently filed for divorce. But throughout their divorce, they ran into financial difficulties, and as the July 11 RHOC season 18 premiere revealed, this resulted in her being kicked out of their house.
