It is evident that Nick Cannon, the television star, wants to keep his gems safe and possibly even expand his family. Given that he is a father to twelve children and has stated that he would like to have even more children, Nick Cannon obviously cherishes his fertility. This would seem to explain why he obtained insurance coverage for $10 million on that bundle, yes, that deal.
Nick talked about his choice to insure his “most valuable assets” in an interview with Entertainment Tonight.
Why Nick Placed Insurance on His Most Priced Body Part?
He gave the following explanation: “I thought, ‘Hey, well, I had to insure my most expensive body part.’ You hear about all these various celebs insuring their legs. I’m simply ensuring that nothing goes wrong.”
As he celebrated his son Legendary Love’s second birthday, Cannon revealed this news. In addition to Legendary Love, which he and Bre Tiesi share, Nick is a father of a sizable family. With his ex-wife Mariah Carey, he has twins, Moroccan and Monroe, who are 13 years old; Golden, who is 7 years old; Powerful Queen, who is 3 years old, and Rise Messiah, who is 21 months old, with Brittany Bell; Zion and Zillion, twins, who are 3 years old, and Beautiful Zeppelin, who is 19 months old, with Abby De La Rosa; Onyx Ice, who is 21 months old, with LaNisha Cole; and Halo Marie, who is 18 months old, with Alyssa Scott.
Although Nick’s recent action may indicate his intention to grow his family even more, the TV star has acknowledged that having so many children has made him feel overburdened.
Nick Feels Bad About Having So Many Children
He said in December 2022, while awaiting the birth of his 12th child, “Being a father of multiple kids, it’s always the biggest guilt on me is that I don’t get to spend enough time with all my children.” “One ’cause I’m constantly working and two because I’m just spread thin.”
After a rumor surfaced claiming that Cannon pays more than $1 million in child support annually, the actor explained that the real sum is much greater. In 2022, he said, “I definitely spend a lot more than [$3 million] on my children annually.”
Additionally, Cannon stated that he does not plan to use the government’s child support program. “I don’t intend to ever have to participate in the governmental system of child support,” he declared, reiterating that he takes care of his kids on his own and out of court. He made note of the fact that none of his children’s moms had voiced any dissatisfaction with the arrangement.
In the late 1990s, Nick rose to stardom as a teenage actor on the Nickelodeon sketch comedy program All That. The Nick Cannon Show, which ran from 2002 to 2003, was the show he created and starred in afterwards. With the release of his debut self-titled album in 2003 and his role as host of Wild ‘N Out, which debuted in 2005, Cannon’s fame skyrocketed. As the presenter of numerous game and competition shows, including The Masked Singer, he is still well-liked on television today.
