We’re going to talk about the great scene at the end of Infinity War: what does it mean for Avengers 4 and other Marvel movies to come? Since 2008, when Nick Fury showed up in a scene after the credits for Iron Man, post-credits teasers have become an important part of Marvel Studios’ huge superhero universe.
In the Marvel Cinematic Universe, they are often used to set up future movies. But sometimes these scenes are just funny add-ons to the movie, like the Grandmaster scene in Thor: Ragnarok and the Captain America PSA outtakes in Spider-Man: Homecoming.
Still, given how important Avengers: Infinity War is said to be in the MCU as a whole, it was always going to have a scene at the end of the movie that set up a future movie. And since Infinity War was originally the first half of a two-part story, it makes sense that it would set up Avengers 4, which still doesn’t have a name.
When the latest MCU movie, Avengers: Infinity War, started showing, we found out that it only has one after-credits scene, and it’s at the very end. Now, we talk about what this scene means for future movies.
Nick Fury and Maria Hill are driving a sport utility vehicle down a city street before the end credits scene. When another car swerves in front of them, they halt.
However, as they exit their vehicle and check to see whether everyone is okay, the other car is empty. They turn to observe a chopper crashing into a structure. Then, Maria transforms into ash.

Fury manages to retrieve an item from his backpack in the car, and he glances around to observe other individuals disintegrating before he himself disintegrates into ash. When the camera pans to the object he retrieved from his backpack that had fallen to the ground, a modified pager is revealed.
Thanos Destroys Half of the Universe
Thanos successfully completed his Infinity Gauntlet at the conclusion of the film, using it to wipe out half of the universe with the snap of his fingers.
As mentioned previously in the film, Thanos’ aim was to restore equilibrium to the cosmos by eliminating half of its inhabitants.
As a result of his achievement, the final scenes of Infinity War depict numerous Avengers crumbling into ash before the eyes of their friends and allies.
We will not name every character who dies in Avengers: Infinity War, but they dissolve in the same manner as Maria and Fury in the end credits scene.

This proves that Thanos succeeded in wiping out half of the cosmos with a snap of his fingers. However, as represented in the end credits scene, the remaining half of Earth is thrown into chaos by the destruction of the other half.
As drivers of automobiles and helicopters vanish, the vehicles they’ve left behind crash and cause havoc; this is occurring all across the world.
