Candice Miller Speaks Out for the First Time About the Passing of Her Husband, Brandon Miller

In response to her late husband Brandon Miller’s suicide in July, Candice Miller is speaking up.

A family spokesperson informed the New York Times on Thursday, August 8, that “Candice is heartbroken over the death of her soul mate, and her two young daughters’ lives will be permanently affected by the loss of their cherished father.”

The wealthy real estate tycoon Brandon passed away after being discovered “unconscious” in his Hamptons mansion. His age was forty-three.

The Times reports that Brandon was sent to a hospital in Southampton, where he passed away on July 3. Candice, 42, and their two girls were vacationing on the Amalfi coast of Italy at the time. In the years preceding his passing, Brandon reportedly owed millions of dollars in debt, according to the outlet.

Brandon’s sister, Maurley Miller, expressed in a statement to the NYT:

“Amid all this, what’s not being talked about is the loss of my little brother, whom I have loved without reservation. There’s a void in my heart that can never be filled. I am utterly devastated.”

In 2009, Candice and Brandon exchanged vows. Candice frequently boasted about their opulent lifestyle on her Mama & Tata blog and social media accounts, which are presently inactive.

In 2019, Candice talked candidly about the relationships and way of life of her family in an interview with Mini Magazine.

“Coming home, having dinner with my husband and my girls, and then some really delicious cuddles before bedtime, where we all repeatedly declare our love for one another, is what I really look forward to most days,” she said. We actually do that!

She talked about being the best versions of themselves for their daughters as well.

Raising girls who are excellent, compassionate people is something I value highly. Girls who are strong, dependable, honest, sensitive, and compassionate,” she remarked. “I want my girls to know that they should never give up and that they can pursue their greatest goals. I want them to know that they are incredibly loved and supported at every turn and to have confidence in all they do.

Candice said, “I’m confident they will grow up to be kind, caring, and wonderful people, but I also want them to stay true to themselves. I hope they remain unique individuals, strong, independent, and unafraid to speak their minds.”
