Angela’s ‘Worst Nightmare’ Comes True as Michael Reaches His Limit and Walks Away

One of the longest-running couples on 90 Day Fiancé has finally called it quits.

As per The Shahab, in the finale of Happily Ever After Season 8, after a multi-day Tell-All event in New York City, Angela Deem and Michael Ilesanmi revealed in videos to the TLC show’s producers that they had parted ways.

“We returned home after the Tell-All… And my greatest nightmare came true,” the 58-year-old Angela stated in a car-based selfie video. “I think we were home for four days. He disappeared for three days, then four. He had vanished.”

In his own video, Michael, 35, went on to explain why he had decided to quit.

“I would want to tell you my side of the tale. Following the Tell-All, we returned home, and my wife Angie became irate as usual. She began to act rudely toward me and utter all kinds of things. So eventually, I had to just leave,” he remembered.

She mentioned that she needed to run some errands, so she left the house. Afterward, I went to the closet, grabbed my backpack, important documents, and jacket, and then I left the house too.

From Angela’s residence in Hazlehurst, Georgia, Michael claimed to have “walked for about five hours.” He also claimed that at one point, he “almost got bitten by a dog,” but that “God saved me.”

He then “pleaded with a man” to borrow his phone “to contact a couple of my friends, who helped me get to a bus station,” Michael said.

He stated it had taken “about 18 hours” to get there, but he did not reveal where he had taken the footage.

He said, “I’m here for the right reason, of course, yes, from the bottom of my heart, I’m here for the right reason, you know,” in reference to Angela’s persistent claims that he had used her to obtain a U.S. visa and leave Nigeria, something he was ultimately able to accomplish earlier this season after seven years.

“But unfortunately, what I was expecting wasn’t what I met, you know.”

As he wrapped up his video, he said, “I just want to move on with my life.”

“It’s time to stop. Really, nobody should be treated in this manner. And really, I simply want the best for me and for family, but it’s so bad. I’m at my breaking point,” he continued.

After that, Angela made a fleeting comeback to the screen, appearing to threaten her divorced husband. Michael, I’ll see you shortly. I will see you in a courtroom or on an airplane shortly. I’ll see you soon,” she said.

Michael claimed he “suffered” and was “treated like I’m a nobody” at Angela’s house in an interview with Entertainment Tonight last month.

It’s a lot for me to have left, and for me to go. He acknowledged that it had reached a point where he was unable to put up with it any longer.
