For those of you who don’t know, let us tell you that Gucci Mane’s record label, 1017 Records, signed Big Scarr. Mane wrote a touching tribute to Big Scarr on his Instagram page. He sent out some photos of the rapper. “This hurts a lot “I’m going to miss you, @bigscarr,” he wrote in the post’s caption.

People Are Paying Tribute to Big Scarr
In one of Scarr’s most recent Instagram posts, he said that as part of his Glockoma Tour 2023, he was going on tour with Memphis rapper Key Glock. Key Glock also wrote on Twitter, “This s**t wicked wtf bruh!!!” along with a broken heart emoji to show his sadness.

DJ Akademiks, a YouTuber and podcaster who was born in Jamaica and is now 31 years old, wrote on Twitter, “RIP Big Scarr.”

Enchanting, who was also on the 1017 label with Scarr, couldn’t believe that he had died. “I want to talk,” she wrote. If I don’t answer, I’m sorry. I just can’t,” along with an emoji of a broken heart. She also said, “My baby, my best friend, my son, I love you forever and I’m so sorry.”
About Big Scarr
Big Scarr’s real name was Alexander Woods, but he went by the name Big Scarr. He was born in Memphis, Tennessee, on April 7, 2000. He grew up in the South Memphis neighbourhood of Magnolia.
Big Scarr was one of eight children. At first, he lived with his grandmother until she died when he was 13. At age 16, he was in a car accident that sent him through the windscreen of his friend’s car.
The rapper went on to say that the car accident gave him the idea for his stage name, “Scarr.” The part called “Scarr” is about all of the scars he got from the accident. In an interview with the press, he said that his dad was “his best friend.”

Scarr’s rap career began in the year 2019 with the song “Make a Play,” which became a huge hit on YouTube. In 2020, Gucci Mane’s label gave him a contract. Last year, he put out his first mixtape, Big Grim Reaper.
