Toni Braxton’s younger sister, Toni Braxton, is a famous singer. Tamar Braxton started her career as a founding member of the R&B vocal group The Braxtons, which she created with her sisters. “So Many Ways,” the Braxtons’ first album, was released in 1996.

Tamar and Vincent purchased a big house in Calabasas, California, for $10.5 million in April 2013.
The 15,016 square foot estate is situated in the Mountain View Estates, a gated neighborhood with seven bedrooms, nine full bathrooms, and two half baths.
In 2017, they tried to sell the residence for $15.995 million. The price was ultimately dropped to $15 million, then $13.95 million, and lastly $9.25 million.
Braxton lost $1.25 million on the home, which he just escaped foreclosure on due to continuous financial and interpersonal issues. On the property, there had been multiple public notifications of mortgage default.
They were at one time at least $250,000 in arrears on their mortgage. Several automobiles and other items were apparently repossessed as well.
