Sandra Annette Bullock was born on July 26, 1964, in Arlington, Virginia. She is the daughter of John W. Bullock, an American vocal instructor and Army employee, and Helga Mathilde Meyer, a German opera singer.
Sandra spent most of her childhood singing in a chorus in Nuremberg, Germany, where her father was stationed as the Army’s Military Postal Service Commander. It was here that her father and mother met and married.
