 Kid Cudi was born Scott Ramon Seguro Mescudi in Cleveland, Ohio on January 30, 1984. He is the youngest of Elise and Lindberg Mescudi’s four children.

Cudi’s father died of cancer when he was 11 years old, and his death left an indelible mark on his personality and, as a result, his music.
