Animated by Silver Link, the studio behind ‘Kokoro Connect’ and ‘Strike the Blood,’ ‘Death March to the Parallel World Rhapsody‘ is the sort of anime you should watch with no expectations.
‘Death March,’ with its hackneyed clichés and repetitious narrative, is simply another Isekai anime made by most studios these days.
Please don’t misunderstand me. I’m not saying it’s unwatchable; in fact, if you’re seeking a typical fantasy harem, it’s one of the better alternatives available.
If like me, you’re bored of the genre’s dismal themes and want anything other than domineering heroes and complicated game worlds, this is the type of anime you’d watch to pass the time.
Death March To The Parallel World Rhapsody’ Season 2 Release Date
There has been no news yet on whether the program will be revived for a second season. However, since no public reports to the contrary have surfaced, this does not necessarily imply that the show has been canceled.
This is the situation since Silver Link, Connect, and the other firms engaged in the show’s producers have yet to comment on its status. This, however, does not rule out the possibility of the show being revived in the future.
Despite the fact that the series revolves around the almost extinct isekai genre, it has gotten mostly positive reviews from fans and reviewers both within and outside of Japan. As a result, the anime studio and directors would never contemplate putting an end to a series as popular as Death March.
Season 1 also ended on a huge cliffhanger, suggesting that the studio may opt to continue the story in the future.
It piques the interest of fans of the first season, who are eagerly anticipating a sequel. Despite the absence of an official announcement, the community remains optimistic, keeping the series alive.
Death March To The Parallel World Rhapsody’ Season 2 Plot
Ichiro Suzuki, a 29-year-old game programmer, takes his profession extremely seriously and works at all hours of the day and night on the massively multiplayer online role-playing games (MMORPGs) allocated to him by his firm.
Even on weekends, he chooses to repair issues in the two MMORPGs he’s been working on, and he falls asleep after becoming exhausted.
He awakens in a completely new environment that resembles one of the games he was previously working on. He also seems to have fallen just close to the game’s main menu.
As soon as he analyses the situation, many lizardmen assault him, forcing him to employ three distinct ‘Meteor Rain’ attack choices to defeat them. He kills a god while battling the creatures, automatically raising his game level.
Recognizing the gravity of the situation, he sets out to complete the goal of his game in order to flee.
He makes new acquaintances in his new realm while simultaneously attempting to disguise his overwhelming might since he has some of the most sophisticated magical abilities and weaponry at his disposal.
