Xbox Live is facing some server issues, and Microsoft has provided an update regarding the concern. Microsoft in its updates mentioned about the services that have been affected on Xbox One during the outage.
Microsoft, in one of the posts also confirmed that the Xbox Live services had been affected on Xbox One, Xbox 360, and all other platforms. Microsoft has also revealed that core services, along with content and purchasing features, are not working today
There are reports that the affected services on the platform include problems in purchasing downloadable items and also signing into Xbox Live.
“Xbox Live servers are down tonight, with thousands of reports coming in of ongoing sign-in issues on Xbox One consoles. It’s unclear what has caused tonight’s outage or how long it might last on Microsoft platforms”, says Xbox tech services.
“Our engineers and developers are actively continuing to work to resolve the issue, causing some members to have problems signing in to Xbox Live. Stay tuned, and thanks for your patience,” a message from Xbox tech services explains.
One of the users took the concern to the Twitter and in one of the posts wrote that it is Friday night and the most suitable time for gaming, wish that this issue won’t persist night long. “A new game coming out should not crash the system,” the user writes.
The best part about the news is that Microsoft has successfully spotted the server issue with Xbox Live servers, and the company is taking all the possible steps to fix the issues as soon as possible. But still, there are no reports regarding how much time will it take for the issues to get resolved.
